SAT Practice Test 1

Here’s a mini SAT practice test that you can use to gauge your readiness. It covers the primary sections of the SAT: Reading, Writing & Language, and Math. There’s no Essay in this practice test, but feel free to add it if you want to simulate the full experience. Check some sample Essay topics for SAT to practice.

Reading Section

Passage 1:

Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow.

Passage 1: “In the heart of a bustling city, amidst towering skyscrapers, there exists a hidden oasis: a small park with shaded benches and a scattering of wildflowers. For many, it is a place of refuge—a momentary escape from the relentless pace of urban life. Though the park’s beauty is evident, its very existence seems precarious. The city around it is growing, expanding, and the park’s future remains uncertain.”
